Haras de Brunel takes place at :

- 15 mns away from the TGV station of Vendôme (Paris-Bordeaux), which means 1 hour from Paris-Montparnasse (TGV : 42 mns)

- 30 mns from A11 and A10 freeways which connect Paris, Bretagne, Loire-Atlantique, Vendée, Poitou and Bordelais

- 5 kms away from the highway Nationale 157, Rennes - Orléans

- 1 hour driving from Chartres, Orléans, Blois, Tours and Le Mans

- 2 hours driving from Nantes, Rennes, Bourges, Poitiers and Paris

 Breeding season

Boarding mare with foal : 12 euros / day

Boarding mare without foal : 10 euros / day

Foaling : 200 euros

Groom fee : 50 euros

Insemination process : 160 euros/season (frozen) - 100 euros (fresh / heat)

The stud farm offers : boarding, foaling, scan, breaking in, rest, recuperation, ostheopathy.

For all barren or maiden mares, a negative uterine bacteriological test is required.

A negative lab result of less than one month for contagious metritis will be required for all mares at their first covering.

 All year' round

Foal from weaning to breaking-in : 8 euros / day

Boarding mare (meadows) : 6 euros / day

Boarding mare (stall) : 8 euros / day

 

 

 

Horses on rest

180 euros / month

Yearling preparation (sales) : 15 euros / day

 

 

Haras de Brunel welcomes you daily from 8am to noon and from 2pm to 6pm.
Please, ask for a rendez-vous for a visit during week-end!
